Cariad is the creator and host of the award winning podcast, Griefcast. A podcast about grief and death but with comedians. She has interviewed an array of guests including Aisling Bea, Sara Pascoe, David Baddiel, Robert Webb and Susan Wokoma.
In 2018, Griefcast won Best Entertainment, Best Interview and Podcast of the Year at The British Podcast Awards. In 2020 it was nominated for Best Audio at the Rose D’or Awards and Griefcast has been featured in The Times, The Independent, You Magazine, Radio Times, The Telegraph and The Guardian.
