Robert James
Robert James is a lecturer in the social care department at the University of Sussex. He has been involved in the HIV sector since his diagnosis in the 1980s.
Robert’s PhD looked at the history of HIV activism in England before and after effective treatment. His social life used to involve eating out and going to football matches but that has now been replaced by involvement in the public inquiry into infected blood.
