Grief Chat: Death by Suicide

“You’re always questioning whether you could have done more”

In these informal Grief Chats, we bring together two people who have been bereaved in a similar way, to discuss their personal experiences of grief.

This Chat is about what it feels like to lose someone to suicide, and our guests are Karen Howden and Kim Murray.

Karen is a social media content creator and the voice behind her family’s blog, Our Tiny Diaries. Karen lost her 30-year-old brother, Craig, to suicide in 2019.

Kim is a mental health coach, EFT practitioner and founder of the London-based mindfulness service, Happy Heads. Kim’s father took his own life when she was seven years old.

Your host is Mark Lemon, the writer and podcaster behind the five-star rated podcast series, Grief is my Superpower.
