Grief Chat: Sepsis

In these informal Grief Chats, we bring together people who have been bereaved in a similar way, to discuss their personal experiences of grief.

This Chat is about what it feels like to lose someone to sepsis. Our guests are Gary Andrews, and bereaved parents David and Rachel Flynn.

Gary is an animator and illustrator who lost his wife, Joy, very suddenly in 2017 when she was 41. David and Rachel Flynn have become campaigners for sepsis awareness since their son, Oliver, died from the disease in January 2020 aged 13.

Your host is Mark Lemon, the writer and podcaster behind the five-star rated podcast series, Grief is my Superpower.
