Managing Grief with Mindfulness

How can we use mindfulness to regulate our nervous system, so that we can choose to step into grief when we are ready to process it, and take a pause when we need to?

In this session with therapist Neil Morbey, director of Positively Mindful, we learn two simple and effective practices. They’ll help us learn to overcome overwhelm and to ‘pendulate’ between different states, allowing us to train our nervous systems to cope.

All practices are invitational. You’ll be guided and encouraged to do only as much as feels manageable and comfortable. Neil firmly believes that grief can be a beautiful experience that can help us to overcome past trauma and open our hearts, if we have the support and tools to help us.
